Second 29th Birthday

Okay, I forgot to mention that I turned 30 at the beginning of the month. I got to celebrate with a bunch of KC friends while we were home. My friends Emily (who got married two weeks later and is pictured above) turned 29 and Anna turned 30 the day before me. Scott surprised me with a big gift for my birthday, Valentines Day and our first date anniversary (5 years ago on the 15th!) He got me an ipod that already had 4 playlists – two that were the songs he put on a mixed CD for me when we were dating (how romantic!) and two new ones he made. It was a perfect gift.
